Dustin Mathis was born and raised in Saint George, Utah. He was educated at Dixie Collage and received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Southern Utah University. Dustin has been teaching school since 1996. He started out at Sunset Elementry and is now in his 4th year at Fossil Ridge Intermediate. Dustin married Carole Bray and they have 3 girls with a baby on the way. Dustin's greatest love is hunting. He would rather be out in the hills than anywhere else in the world. He has 8 hound dogs, which he hunts with all winter long. He also enjoys deer hunting, and tries to hit all three hunts in the fall. Dustin enjoys watching college football, eating steak and potatoes, and getting a good night's rest.
