tufuga Lee Fan Tufuga is a special education teacher. He joined the FRIS team in August of 2007. Lee Fan was born and raised in Samoa. He moved to Saint George at the age of fifteen. He graduated from Dixie High and went on to Dixie State where he received his Associates of Science degree. Lee Fan now has a bachelors degree in special education from BYU-Hawaii. Lee Fan is enjoying his second year of being a teacher. His biggest goal for this year is to see his students become succesful as FRIS students. He plans to continue his education by starting to work on a master degree in School Counseling or Special Ed. His main goal over the next couple of years is to start coaching football.
