Fossil Ridge Faculty >> 6th Grade Math >> Mrs. Thomas
Beverlee Thomas came to the new Fossil Ridge in 2004 from Snow Canyon Middle School
where she taught Special Education, and "At Risk". For several years, she has taught Special Education, 6th grade Language Arts and 6th grade math.
She is currently teaching 6th grade math and helping with staff development.
Thomas is a mother, wife, grandmother, and a teacher. She grew up and graduated in Preston, Idaho and is personally familiar with the scenes from Napoleon Dynamite. She graduated from BYU in Elementary Education with a minor in music. Her instruments were the piano and cello.
Thomas enjoyed playing the cello in the BYU symphony orchestra.
She got her Special Education endorsement when her youngest child went to school and started teaching. She moved to Saint George with her family in 1996 from Kemmerer, Wyoming. She loves the dry roads and warm temperatures.
Thomas loves being a part of Fossil Ridge and enjoying the red rock scenery of Southern Utah.
