Mr. Sonju is beginning his nineteenth year in public education. He recently worked at Pine View High School as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and Assistant Principal before joining the Fossil Ridge team. His favorite things about Fossil Ridge are the great students, tremendous staff, and all the energy! Mr. Sonju has enjoyed evey minute he has been at the school.
Sonju was born in southern California before moving to Payson, Utah. He attended Snow College and Southern Utah University, graduating in education before receiving a Master's Degree and Administrative Endorsement in Secondary Education from Utah State University. Mr. Sonju is the father of 4 beautiful girls.
